Good to hear from you again. We would love to see a picture of the Sea Pup.
Bill's use of dowels works well, I have used his advice on that as well. I have also screwed from under the coaming base up into the coaming riser with 1 inch screws. I used #8 SS screws run in until they were flush. No scratching the legs during rolls!
