In the vane of what Allan said, my thought was that I would probably be alright with one of the greenland boats as being smaller than the designed paddler would likely yield greater stability for me. The sea rover matches capacity matches my weight + boat weight expectations the closest, if I can fit into it (which is why I mentioned the anthropomorphic measurements). I also looked at the Sea Tour 15-R or Sea Bee, because they're less complicated for a first build.
