Hi Jom,
Doesn't exist as far as I know.
You could attach a pvc T fitting (to fit your vaccuum cleaner) to the middle of your board with epoxy and fibreglass, perforate the sides of a an old vaccuum cleaner hose (or any flexible tube), attach to both ends of the T joint and attach to the back of the board the same way. Attach vacuum cleaner to free end of T joint perhaps with a swivel fitting if you can find one. It should work to some degree.
