It's been a while since I posted anything here, but I'm finally getting some progress on my strip deck for my CLC Northbay. In the meantime, though, we've expanded our family and now I need a boat that will seat 2 or 3 of us.

Anyone know of good links for some SOF designs I could use for inspiration in the process of designing my SOF multi-player boat? I'm considering having a "removable" cockpit area that has a couple of zip in cockpits to fit various needs but the base of the design would probably be a large open cockpit like on an Old Town Twin Otter.

I am just looking for some ideas at this point but I'm leaning toward a greenland style base for the design because I like the hard chines and stability offered by that "class" of kayak since it will mostly be my wife and young children in it.
