Actually you should have uploaded your pictures, then somewhere on their site is a link to the picture you want to show here. Copy and paste that to the "optional image URL" block below the box on the forum you write your text to, but remember there is already an "http://" in that box, can't have two of them, so if the link to your picture already has that in it, you'll have to remove the one in the box first, just highlight it and hit the delete key, then paste your link into that box. Suggest hitting the "preview" button at the bottom of the screen instead of the "post" button to see if the link actually works, if it does then hit the "post" button.
