: Wondering if any one could explain to me how to take measurements
: on a kayak - depth, depth to sheer, waterline length, and
: anything else that may be important. I can't stop building (2
: this month) and am running out of room. I need to sell or donate
: some boats.
: Thanks

You could take a look at one of the books on the subject. I'm reading "Building the Greenland Kayak" by Chris Cunningham, which has a really good section on the subject.

Are you wanting to know how to measure the boat, or how to determine what the measurements should be for a given person?
