: Hi Joe,
: As a long time user of electric bilge pumps, I have been looking
: for a good switch system. They one you have is a step in the
: right direction, but still I don't want magnets sliding around
: bungees on my deck and switches near my knees. So doing some
: thinking I have decided to go wireless on my next one. A simple
: waterproofed remote clipped to my pfd will be my next system.
: The wireless switch can be mounted in the waterproof battery
: housing and the pump wired in directly from there.
: Have a look at this switch:
: One way to waterproof the remote would be to cover the switches and
: screws with tape and dip the whole assembly in liquid insulation
: tape.
: So if this present system doesn't please here's an alternative.

Thanks, looks intresting might take some trial and error to make sure that key fob is sealed, then be able to open to change the battery.
