Hey, Jim,

I built my rather heavy work bench on 8 wheels upon which I will install my strongback. I did it this way so that I could move the bench in and out when I need to work on the kayak. My garage doesn't have the room to leave a strongback in the way of the car. Make sure you can brake the thing to that it doesn't move while you are working on your kayak.
