I think you may have a tough time with this. What is your goal? If you want a stable color, you may be best off with paint. Almost all common finishes are to some extent yellow, and will get more so to some degree or another as they are exposed to UV. Waterborne finishes are "water white," but if you could get past the fact that they don't work all that well, the chances are very good or better that the fabric you are using will turn yellow with exposure to light, so it may be for naught anyway.
