Epoxy: OLD? Hardener
By:John Faas

I am using MAS epoxy that came with my CLC kit. It will be two years since I got the kit.
The MAS site says the hardener last at least one year in a sealed bottle.
I have not had any problems so far.

Are there any noticeable indicators the epoxy is too old to use?

Or does the boat just fall apart on the front face of a really big wave?

I am about to put the deck on and then will be glassing the exterior of the hull/deck--inside is already done--the by the book process on the Arctic Hawk.

To all of you who contribute to the forum many many thanks. Please pardon typo's and faulty grammar.
