The inside seam is tough. I fillet the inside seam as far as I can reach by hand in the cockpit and hatches. Same for the fiberglass tape, which I pre-wet and roll out. Then for that last couple feet at the ends, I tilt the kayak up slightly and let some slightly thickened epoxy slide down the seam to the bow. That just seals everything up in case some water gets in there and the excess becomes the end pours.
