: I'm all ready to glass up the inside coaming and over lip, but could
: use some advice on how to terminate the glass at the bottom of
: the outside coaming.

I do as Rod described for the inside of the vertical part and the top surface of the lip.

I glass the outside of the vertical part and the underside of the lip with pieces of bias cut 4 oz cloth about 4" to 6" long. I make them just wide enough to extend beyond the edge of the lip and about 1/4" to 1/2" onto the flat part of the deck or deck recess.

I don't even bother to mask off the deck. I find it easy enough to sand down the edges after the epoxy has cured. It is a bit awkward working in that confined area, but it is also hard to detect imperfections than far under the lip.

I hope that was the part of the job that you were referring to.
