Hi Mark,
It looks like the strip that you glued at the keel is just a slight bit squiggle. It looks like with careful plaining you could straighten out the keel line. With the contrasting color the keel strip may still appear to not be straight and if that bothers you plain it (the keel strip) off and glue a new one on straighter. If you are uncomfortable with it, fix it now before the glass work. It only takes a short while to correct now and you can feel better about getting things like you want.
By the way the hull looks great.
