: The picture show's something to take note of - you're taller and
: got a bit more weight than the other guys. I noticed this when I
: was trying to learn to roll with my first instructor. She was
: much lighter and shorter and came from a white water background
: so getting up facing forward ie doing like c to c was the path
: she was taking us down. But when you're tall that's real hard to
: do. I'm tall with a long back and for me getting started the
: best way was to concentrate on a sweep roll and getting my head
: and back swinging backwards onto the rear deck. It's also much
: better for your shoulders - one thing I'm learning now - look
: after your shoulders and avoid bracing positions that cause you
: to stretch out your arm above your shoulder.

I suspect Doug is about average size, the other two are rather short :)
