Hi Gary,
Not sure what kayak you're building,but if it's a Guillemot, then I 've just experienced the same problem.I could'nt find any offsets to give me the profile above the break line on those forms,so I just made up my own lines.Basically I figured (rightly or wrongly) that all you're doing is providing a support for the strips until you're ready to cut the cockpit recess out,so I made "my" lines on form 8 an extention of forms 6 and 7;and the new lines on forms 9 and 10 were projected from forms 11 and 12.I've just finished stripping this kayak ( my first) and didn't have any problems in this area.I hope this helps.Mark.
