Found an old pic of my third rendition of the Walrus, the Skinny Walrus. This was made very close to Skene's original drawings of the kayak from Greenland that he based the Walrus off of. IIRC it is about 17.5' x 20" It is stable tracks VERY well, yet turns nicely when edged. It rolls a little clunky, but is not too bad. It is quite stable right-side-up, upside-down, and on it's sides. You can see the truss style frame through the skin, even on that dark stormy november day, from a low-res camera.
