The latex neck gasket on my new dry suit exploded the second time I stuck my big melon through it. I recall someone (Bill Hamm?) said to replace neck gaskets with neoprene as a way to greater comfort. Am I remembering this right? And if so, is it a DYI operation, or should I consult a pro?
