I work in the automotive industry here in OH. It sometimes amazes me what our material handlers do with their forklifts (good and bad). It's a direct result of asking them to perform the same job that 4 of them used to do.
I'm no different as an Quality Engineer. I'm doing the work of 5 people, and can just imagine what my customers think of my customer service skills. Price is king, and what's first to go when costs need to be cut to meet a price point - customer service and product quality. Living in America, ain't it grand?
