Take a $10 gamble on making a float bag yourself before you spend the money on one that is already made. Odds are greatly in your favor that your first attempt will be as good, but maybe not as pretty, as a commercial float bag. Your second attempt will look nicer. By making your own you can get the exact length you want, and the exact girth to give a tight fit. $6 for a piece of clear vinyl from WalMart, $3 for the vinyl cement, and $1 for a piece of vinyl tubing for the fill tube.
If your attempt doesn't work right you can always go buy commercial bags and recycle the materials into clear pouches for camera, cell phone, maps, etc.
