After reading the first two responses (and many things for those!), I'm confirming that yes... its a SOF boat I'm building. And I hadn't considered that a semi-permanent float device would make air drying a problem. Excellent point.

A haul system for moving inflatable bags in and out is starting to sound good to me. No skin on the boat yet, so I'm not too late for that detail.
