At least I asked how to scarf, not how to strip :-) There's a post you don't want with a picture.

And it does get cold here - today I almost considered wearing long pants for fear the temperature may drop below 25 celcius, but luckily that didn't happen. I appreciated the tips on tying a scarf, I gave it a go and was successful even though it was difficult to get off once the epoxy had dried.

Thanks for the other replies too, I think I'll go with scarfs cut so the feather edge is on the face side of the plank and try to make them as invisible as possible.
