Hi Dan,

Well...if the weather ever changes I might start this, have the wood but need to rip it and the garage isn't long enough without the door open. BIG snow drift though in front of that door. We're approaching double our normal snowfall this season, don't think this is going away anytime soon.

I use epoxy filets at all the joints between the stringers and the frames, makes the joints pretty rigid. Agreed though that gussets would help and thin ply gussets epoxied on would weigh nearly nothing.

After the last SOF I'm gonna try to not use bolts, even tiny ones are awfully heavy specially on a boat that weighs this little.
