Sean-- I was reading through the responses hoping someone was thinking of a 3 pc. frame 1 pc skin. Should be really easy to to align and fasten the frame pieces securely. A few years back at Tom Berg's boathouse I saw a skin that fit over the frame and fastened/tightened with a big waterproof zipper, as on a drysuit.
