I've built a mess of kayaks, or a bunch of kayak messes, and one canoe. List of boats built:

1 & 2. A pair of CLC Mill Creek 13's, one for me and one for her.
3 & 4. A pair of Squeedunk Cormorant 16's, one for me and one for her. Built as hybrids. Squeedunk used to offer the plans free on the net, but no more. Look for the Point Bennett instead.
5. Adopted an abandoned Guillemot project in early stripping stage, finished it. It would have been much easier to start from scratch.
6. Adopted a Pygmy Osprey project, finished it.
7. Outer Island no. 1, my first full stripper. From arrival of plans in mail to launch: 29 days flat. 36 lbs.
8. A fishing kayak for a "paying customer", was a one-off custom S&G design by JEM.
9. The "Down Under", my sole foray into self-design, 17'-6" x 19" x 27 lbs, ultra low volume, a "cheater boat" for rolling.
10. Northwest Canoes Merlin, my one and only homemade canoe so far. There will be others. 33 lbs.
11. Outer Island no. 2. 30.5 lbs.
