Interesting that this got bumped.
Sierra unfortunately had some serious behavioral issues and got returned and put down by the humane society (very sad day). Now we have Tuukka. I do not have to worry about Tuukka and water because he HATES water (so far). He does fit in my Wee Lassie but barely. He is up to 60 lbs, so he really does not fit into a one man canoe with one man in it. For now... I am content with a non-water dog and normal kayaks.
