Finally made it home and got to try the kayak cover out. It fits perfect. She intentionally left it a little baggy because I keep my gear strapped to the deck. There are ties on each end to tighten up the slack. The tail is made tall to fit the Seal Line rudder. The zipper goes down the side and is easy to get to if I need to get something out of the deck bags or get to the cockpit without taking the whole cover off. Two thumbs up! ! !

... and it's designer too. How many people can say they have a pinstriped kayak cover?

Just FYI- this seems it would be pretty easy to make if someone wants to go for it on your own. It's pretty much a tube with a pointy end and the tail snaps on and the zipper runs down the side. Very easy to get on and off. I suggest make it a little baggy like this one and have slack adjusters or just ties to tie it tight.

This won't ride on the car- just used for storing on the porch, which as you see is right in all that damaging UV light! Ultimately now that I have a cover I will probably find a place off the porch in the yard to store it.
