A deal on wood if you happen to like pine with very tight pin knots. Sold as knotty pine paneling by Menards. $15 per bundle of 8 footers that covers 14 square ft. and they toss in a bundle for free, so it's actually pretty cheap. It's already 5/16" thick and very smooth. It is T&G so you lose a little. Still it's very pretty wood and pretty cheap and would be really easy to process into strips. I'm doing the lower walls in the shop with it. Might save a little for trim for the deck :)
