Can't blame you there... I figure that's why his email address isn't very easy to find, on his site. If you've read in depth enough to find his email address, odds are you've read enough to clear the easy questions out of the way. As I've gone over his site, I've managed to confuse myself and ask a few easily answered questions here... this forum's been great about that (and again, thanks to the community, and Nick for hosting!)

For something like offsets, though... especially when the table they're supposed to be on is blank... I'd email Tom directly. There may be a reason the offsets aren't listed.
