Yes I know, but Ted also works with an external strongback which is mostly much stiffer then an internal one.
Nick recommend the us of an internal strongback and then you have to be very carefull with distortion especially in the start of your work. So I would recommand working on both sides from the sheer for the first 4 strip or so.
