Still should be able to buy it wholesale shouldn't have to be paying tax. Have to find a supplier that sells most of the products you buy so you're not just getting the epoxy from them. There are a few big marine wholesalers that cover most of the country. Takes some serious searching to find them, easiest to go thru one of the trade organizations.
