: I'm getting close to cutting the hatches and want to use magnets.
: I'm looking at 3/4" x 1/8" epoxy coated grade N42. How
: many, how far apart and do you set them up magnet to magnet?
: Thank You

I did a search on the magnets you mentioned and got K&J Magnets as the source for them. Is that where you're getting yours? Worth every penny.

Great to have them pre-epoxy coated. The biggest issue with the uncoated ones is rust out, UNLESS they are really encapsulated in epoxy and fiberglass.

I use four to a side making 8 magnets 3/4" X 1/8" per hatch cover and 8 per deck lip.

You'll need a finger loop of webbing to pull the hatch cover off.

All the best,
Rob
