Hi Barry,

The quart kit will be fine I think, I always work from the 105/207 West brand gallon kits which is like 1 1/3 gallons so I never think about how much. 4 to 6 ounce glass will work best, just be sure to precoat the dacron or it'll turn into an epoxy sponge :)
