: Hi, i made a real mess of glassing the inside of my night heron(to
: keen to see what it looked like joined)As a result the kayak
: weighs a ton .Anyway my problem is, is it salvagable?i intend to
: cut it open again and try to sand ,scrape ,whatever the old
: glass off.I know this is a mamoth task, do you think i should
: undertake it and what is the best way to go about it?
: What should a night heron weigh anyway?

Glass comes off pretty easily with a heat gun, a putty knife and a pair of pliers. Use a respirator and good ventilation.

Good luck!
