Hi Rusty,

I am VERY slowly building a Sea Tour 13, for exactly the reasons you sited. I expect to build more boats and I see this one as primarily a learning experience. Therefore the simpler and cheaper the better. When you said the offsets weren't posted on Tom's website, I thought you just couldn't find them - but neither could I! I have them saved, and can email them to you, but it would probably be a good idea to find out if Tom removed them for a reason. Email me if you want the (unofficial) offsets, and good luck with your build!
