Thanks everyone, I had seen one builder in particular recommend this fabric, and it is cheaper ( and less shipping) that the PVC.
If it goes over about $6.50 a yard though I am cheaper to go with the PVC. I just had a hankering to try a sewed up boat.

oh and a PS if I have to Go epoxy/glass then I will just cut a plug and do some Vacuum resin infused Carbon or glass boats. The plug/mold Vacuum bag/infuse is a process I am familiar with and am set up to do. ( never done boats but have pulled Aircraft parts and Snowmobile Cowlings )
