The Goldeneye is a relatively high volume boat with a lot of windage. Most important, the aft deck is high, which is what is probably causing your weathercocking. I suggest that you consider a lower volume boat with a low aft deck. Pygmy doesn't really sell anything like that, but CLC does, such as the Shearwater, Night Heron, Arctic Hawk and the upcoming Anas Acuta kits.
