Working at a commercial cabinet shop, we spent a lot of time using industrial coatings and following instructions to the letter and talking to company reps all of the time. You can't make any money with come-backs, so it has to be right the first time. It's amazing the things consumers think is quality. We had customers bring in products for us to use, and after using one of them someone else in the shop came up with a rating system that included the description of the ultimate, worst thing that could happen in the shop: "Zar awful."
