: Hey All,

: I am working on building a Sea Ranger and am wondering how critical
: the Snap Pins are. I am planning on installing shock cord. I
: attempted to make the pins with spring steel, but have found
: those pins to be less than desirable. I also considered ordering
: from the company listed on Yostwerks, but I'd rather not spend
: the minimum that they require. Any thoughts?

I used to have a box of these snap buttons, same brand that Tom has on his website. I'll have to look around and see if I still have them or if they got tossed. At one time I ordered boxes of like 5000 of these at a time.
