Epoxy: kickstarting the curing after cold spell

hi,

Had some of Murphy's luck as i glued hatch rims on a clear, sunny and warm afternoon. The next night was also clear, and the temperature fell to well below 10 C. Then came the rains and it never rose past 12 C. The epoxy i had used successfully on a GP only a week earlier stopped curing and is still soft and tacky.

Now i'm wondering: if on the next sunny day i take the kayak outdoors onto a clearing where the sun will raise the deck temp to above 30 C, will the curing process start again?

Or am i in deeper trouble and need to scrape it all off and - yes, what would be the next move, or plan B?

greetings,

risto
