Nice boat; should be a blast - what part of Alaska you at? I was in Soldotna for a few months, in 1982 - had an awful lot of fun (and caught a few salmon). You looking at inland waters, or ocean? Got a drysuit?

After you finish this first project, I suspect - based only on personal experience - you'll think 'that wasn't so bad', moving on to 'pretty easy' to ''what's the next project'. I've a pretty strong resistance, so I'm 4 years between projects, just now finishing up boat #2 'of a series'. This one weighs about half what the first did, as far as I can tell (haven't weighed yet).
