S&G: long distance fillets, how much epoxy??

Good morning everyone,

I hope all is well. thanks for the help thus far. meganser is moving along .

a few questions.

1) Ive glued the deck to hull and did fillets (as far as I could reach) . what is the prefered way to get fillets way past hatches( are they needed that far down)?? I tried a stick with putty knife taped to it but no joy Im probably 18"-20" short on bow/stern tape will work ok but fillets (tough)

2) My kit from CLC came with 1.5 gallon and im sure under Ideal conditions it would be just enough with not much to spare.

I also glued in a skeg(big batch) added extra cloth in cockpit ... and had very large fillets to do on bulkheads I was also guilty of mixing too much for some steps and used extra due to sanding down drips/runs and re coating.

that said I have about a quart left but have the entire exterior to do so how much epoxy would be enough with some extra thrown in?? 1 gallon??

many thanks

"John"
