Why would you remove the hull from the forms? I'd let it cure a bit - flip the strongback, with hull still attached - and move on to stripping your deck. Be sure to protect your sheer edge with plastic tape, so you don't have an unfortunate, premature permanent attachment of unfinished hull to unfinished deck. And relax.... enjoy the journey.... don't rush it! You're gonna have to start another boat when you're finished, anyway.
