I could tell from the pix on the website that the new yak stood out in color :)

In the fairly flat midwest, most of our homesites are dead flat, so having enough of a hill for an exposure is somewhat unusual. Actually I turned down one near my new place with a full exposure, but only a 2 car garage. Other nice thing is the basement is roughed in already for a bath, so no running upstairs to get the the bathroom :)

Looking forward to having a nice warm shop in the winter with nice view too :)
