Thanks all for the advice. Since I'll need a border between both halves prior to fiberglassing (I assume wax paper) I'll go ahead and pull one half off, get the other firmly tacked, install the border, then do my best to line them up. The deck is significantly farther off the forms than the hull so I'll focus on un-flattening it.
