Hi Lee,

I use it for my method of SOF hull covering. They are first covered with heat shrink aircraft Dacon (polyester) then that is covered with glass/epoxy. I first though have to coat the Dacron with epoxy and it takes very little to do that, much less than you'd use for even extremely thin fiberglass.

In my view it works much as Sweet's says it would adds a significant amount of toughness to the laminate.

Btw, anyone that's been waiting for my building manual for this process: I'm soon going to be starting a model kayak, a half scale Yost Sea Tour 15 that's been highly modified (both by Tom and me), going to use that to show how to cover these boats my way. Btw, that's an almost 8' long model, just 11" wide so would need to be really tiny to actually paddle it .
