Hi Tony, This may not be what you're looking for but, last year I bought a new boat.(Valley)The seat was unbearable,so I had Redfishkayak.com build a custom seat and fit my boat. They build seats for any boat and ship them anywhere.(about $150) I paddled solo 1200 mile in 61 days down the Columbia River.Comfort in my boat was never a concern. No pains or chafing ever. Simply put I think this may have been one of the most important components that led to a trip of a lifetime. Happy paddling!!
