For any Kleppers that were popular models parts (new and used))are available but I would suspect parts won't be cheap. Kleppers were of such quality design they didn't change a lot over the decades so old parts can fit newer models and vice versa. It was the case not long ago some dealers paid fairly good money for clapped out boats or parts of boats because there was always a market for the components.
Bear in mind that Kleppers hold their value very well. Coughing up a couple of thousand dollars for a replacement skin for a 40 year old Klepper is not false economy. The value of the old boat can increase that much because of the new skin.
