Oh yeah, if you are in a hurry, you can use Interlux Jet Speed varnish. If the shop temps are up you can apply 2 or 3 coats a day without having to sand between coats. Downside is this varnish has no UV filters at all, so needs at least a couple coats of a varnish with UV filters on top. Still if you're after the perfect varnish job and don't want to wait a day between coats, it speeds up the process considerably.
