I will be picking up a s & G 12 foot kayak fairly soon. It has been through a few owners and I will be painting it with Interlux--plan on white hull and blue deck. Since the paint is fairly expensive I was wondering how much I might need. I have no idea how wide it is but it is not a barge. I have read the tips from CLC on painting and it seems straight forward. I am sure it will not look like a factory job but I guess I can always sand and do more coats till I get it right.
