Sage, fear not!

Your coating can take care of a lot of this.

Alternatively, if your coating isn't goopy enough to fill in holes (I found my Dura-Tuff to have some problems in this area) Aqua Seal can come to the rescue.

If you look through the photos of Delmarva on Qajaqusa.org, you will see a tan colored SOF with black seams. That particular kayak was smeared with some black sealant specifically to deal with sewing holes like yours.
